"Dalgona Coffee" from South Korea is currently one of the hottest trend drinks on TikTok, Instagram & Co. The coffee foam on hot or cold milk is very easy to prepare and can also be varied, for example, vegan. Become a fan too!

4 teaspoons instant coffee powder
4 tsp sugar
4 tsp water (hot)
200 ml milk

Step 1
Put soluble coffee or espresso powder in a bowl with sugar and hot water. You can adjust the amount as long as the ratio is 1:1:1.

Beat with a whisk until a thick and creamy coffee mixture has formed. It took me about 8 minutes. You can also use a hand mixer, but it's not half as much fun.
